Everything published on this site is general information for business owners. It is not advice about your own numbers, and reading it does not make you a client. Tax and reporting rules change and land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that matters for your return before you act on it.
The twenty minutes offered on this site creates no engagement, no ongoing duty and no obligation on either side. We will say plainly what we see and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Work begins only when both of us sign a written engagement letter naming the scope and the fee.
Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope, and anything outside it is quoted separately before it is done. Either of us may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for fees earned to that date and your records are returned to you.
The work is only as good as what it is built on. You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate records, for the accuracy of what is in your own systems, and for the decisions you make. We will tell you when something does not tie, and we will not build on a month that has not closed.
The words, layouts and images on this site belong to the practice that publishes it. You are welcome to read, print and quote them with attribution. You may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
